Is the problem with Telenet or with my Samsung Galaxy?

Question

Since last Friday, my tablet displays "scanning" continuously and I've had no access to internet (but my tablet worked fine over the weekend outside Belgium). I've shut off the system 3 or 4 times, no effect. Last night Telenet said there were no technical issues but then shut down and restarted the modem but it still didn't work. The woman was insistent it wasn't a Telenet problem and the reference to "scanning" isn't a wifi issue but an issue with the tablet. I could call out out a tekky for €85 but I can already predict the conversation. Any suggestions about how to resolve this or indeed what might be the problem? I know there's a Samsung helpline but thought I'd ask on here first before trying it. Thanks. CMH.

Hello

If you have used abroad your Tab (Through WiFi,) and not through 3G or 4G then there is no problem with your WiFi network card. I suggest you to get connected with another Network (for example try to go to Quick or Mcdo) And if you're connected on their WiFi and you can use internet then there is no problem with your network card. And if you have a laptop at home with WiFi, please check if you can use internet on your laptop through WiFi then there might a problem with your Tab. If it is so, then i would recommend you to first backup your tab and restore to factory settings. Check after this if the problem is still there then i think you need to go to a PC to get it repaired.
