What is required to extend unlimited residence permit (type B)?

Question

I work for an international company and I have a one-year valid residence permit (type A).

Every year, my work permit is renewed and based on that I extend my residence permit.

After 4 years residence AND 5 work permits, you get a chance to apply for unlimited residence permit (type B). Actually it is 5 years valid and you need to renew every 5 years.

My question is, what kind of documents (registered rental agreement, health insurance etc.) are required to renew this type of residence permit?

I am planning to apply naturalization and after 7 years declaration; but since the government is going to make these more difficult, I wanted to learn how to extend the residence permit.

Thanks

Hello there,

You don't have to do anything special. As far as I remember, you wouldnot need 6th WP. You need to wait until your 5th WP is renewed and then normally at the time of renewal of your residence permit, they should give you unlimited stay(ie. valid for 5 years). I know, it's slow but you should wait before checking further with commune.
