Leaving Belgium Retuning to UK
So I have a few questions regarding the move from Belgium to the UK and what procedures need to be taken into hand. Originally from the UK but first employment was in Belgium so have never been declared into the UK TAX system. I have questions concerning three areas but any additional info would be perfect.
1) Procedures in canceling registration at a commune... Besides returning identity card?
2) TAX... Declaring the first part of 2012 (I assume) has to be done at the tax office.
a) The location of the TAX office for those who lived in 1000 Brussels?
b) Documents that need to be provided?
3) (Subject to anyone who received) statut du artiste. Procedures to canceling registration?

1) Ask the commune. They are usually better clued up on proceedure than anyone else.
2) Ask the commune. That's where your local tax office is.
3) Ask the company / association through which you invoice. Again, they're most likely to know the legal requirements. Alternatively, a phonecall to www.smartbe.be should get you through to someone who can answer your questions.
