There is a car valeting service on the -1 floor of the car park under the Steigenberger Wiltcher Hotel (used to be called Conrad Hotel).

So if you're going to be in Brussels for work or shopping or whatever, you can drop the car off and they'll do it. It's a few years since I last used them, but the car was spotless when I got it back.

Don't go to the one at the Steigenberger hotel. First, I made an appointment over the phone for the next day but when I arrived I was told they only operated half of the day and man doing the cleaning also told me he wasn't going to get paid for working extra hours! He then told me to come back the next day and he also promised to give the car a more thorough clean. But he didn't. In fact it was at best mediocre. What a pity because years ago the service was far better.
