Bulletin subscription

Question

Has anyone else had their money 'stolen' by these clowns. Paid a subscription for The Bulletin about 3 months before they announced the hard copy was disappearing (they must have already decided at that point) and they are almost impossible to contact. Left hanging on phone until it rings out etc.
