Search Q&A
BPost complaint.
I have searched, spent ages looking for an email address to complain, anyone know of one ?
What I really need an answer as to why a package which has cleared customs etc. and has been sitting in Ghent for two weeks now.
I know their distrubution was on strike, are they still catching up or just very slow ?
its Belgium dude: they're just very slow.

I never said I didn't like it. In fact out of the 9-10 countries I've lived and worked in, Belgium is my favourite. In fact the slow sluggish pace of life here suits me fine. The trick is to adapt yourself to the belgian pace of life. Once that's done, it's all gravy. And can I point ou that as an Irishman, I have every right to be here. Than you Conrad Adenauer or Robert Schumann etc.
If you want to randomly send emails to email addresses that you have no idea of they're going to be answered or not, then fine.
You could try; webmaster@bpost.be
However, if you want to track down your package and get it delivered, then you need to do the following:
You need to do four things (and in this order):
1 - Go to your local post office and enquire about the package.
2- Make an enquiry about why the package is delayed here:
http://www.bpost2.be/webform/mail_registered_parcel/PROD/fr/index.php
3 - If that doesn't work, make a formal complaint here:
http://www.laposte.fr/service-consommateurs/deposer-une-reclamation
4 - If that does not solve the issue to your satisfaction, you can then contact the mediateur.
http://www.laposte.fr/mediateurdugroupe/
There is absolutely no point in trying to do this is a different order, as each one will ask you to do the preceding step first. I.E., you can't go direct to the Mediateur, as they will tell you to submit a complaint first,
