about applying for belgian naturalisation

hello ,i am non eea citizen and i have been living in belgium since 2010 with my european wife. for one year we lived on our savings but still we did not get jobs. so we went for CPAS and started getting CPAS. both of us started to learn french language as it was most important to get job. luckily my wife got job after 7 months and she stopped her CPAS. but as i have not got any job till date i am still getting CPAS and learning french. now my query is does getting CPAS affect my application for belgian naturalisation, as i am applying for belgian citizenship after legally living in belgium for 3 years i.e. on end of 2013. awaiting for a response. thank you.
