Cocktail Makers?

Couple of questions:

Does anyone know if there is such a thing in belgium as cocktail waiters that come to private parties, make cocktails/entertain guests - There are loads of this type of thing in London but not seen anything like this either.

And on the same note, any entertainers for adult parties?

Finally, can anyone recommend some great caterers in or around Brussels?
