I agree with durkinjeanette get a cost per job not per hour they don't have the same work routines here know a guy who fits windows he said he wants to get in get it done get out, where as local guys all on hourly take lots of brakes for. If arête and like to spread out the time if you use a architect they will let you know a total for the job, that better because they never can tell if thing will, go smoothly. If not clearly agree up front what is included and have it in writing
