Has anyone experienced any issues with getting workout supplements, protein powder, etc. shipped to you from the US or any non-EU stores? Some EU countries (Germany for one) have very strict laws about anything that could be food/medicine that has not been pre approved by their own equivalent of the FDA. I am not concerned about VAT, just whether it can get through.
You could attempt a test purchase on i-herb and see what happens. I've ordered vitamin supplements from them in the past but not protein powder.

Hi Garrett, You can buy protein powder in decathlon and many supplements in health stores or pharmacies. Why are you trying to ship stuff in? That said I have had the odd herbal supplement sent by day Amazon UK. Alternative hop on a train and get them in the UK.
So sorry don't know about importing from outside EU.
My son uses these things and once had a friend send them from the US. There was no problem with importing them but there was no financial benefit when compared to similar products bought here or online within the EU and, of course, there is no guarantee that a parcel which gets through customs without charge today will get through without charge tomorrow.
One of the reasons you cannot purchase products such as 'Shakeology' outside the US is because they have proven down factors.
Such as digestion issues while drinking it. In fact, the FAQ section on the Shakeology page https://faq.beachbody.com/app/answers/list/lob/shake now addresses digestive problems (gas, bloat, constipation, & diarrhoea).
