In search of architect
Hope that someone can help....
We are planning to make some structual changes to the back of a house - removal of existing external & internal supporting walls,replaced with structural supporting steel and the addition of small extension, all of which requires planning permission.
In search of an architect that is willing to draw up plans for us to submit to the town hall for a building permit. So far I am struggling to find anyone willing to do this....everyone I have contacted so far wants to 'project manage' and therefore take a percentage of the build fee which we don't need!
Already have a builder and plan to do internal work ourselves.
Anyone able to recommend an architect to help us?
We are in Leuven/Heverlee
Would everything have to be in Flemish???
I know some architects, but they are in Brussels!
