Gardener with Titres Service

Check out your local PWA (Plaatselijk Werkgelegenheidsagentschap).
I don't know what the equivalent might be in a French speaking area but it is commonly attached to the local 'Job Centre'.
The system works broadly similar to Dienst Cheques and you pay €5.95/hour which can be set against your tax.
As I type, my PVA gardener is busy at work!
