I have lots of hard and paperback English books, mostly non fiction (sciences, history, architecture, spirituality,buddhism,university text books on biology etc)that I would like to sell. Does anyone know a bookshop in Brussels that would buy non fiction English books? TIA

Pele Mele near Anneessens metro is the best bet and there are one or two other places in the same area. However they are only interested in things that they can sell which almost certainly excludes English books on spirituality, buddhism etc. In any case the amounts that they will give are fairly small. I would think that the hassle involved would not be worth any potential reward. Try giving them away to a local library or school - you can make contact with them in advance rather than carting a load of heavy books around
