After school Babysitter Waterloo

Hello - I urgently need to find a babysitter for getting my kids from school to activities. We live in Waterloo and peak EN FR. Any idea where I could find someone reliable FAST? Have put up signs on a couple of shops but with no real leads. Thank you in advance!
