Banks and bad service
Crazed thought at the time of night I know but here goes... .
Utterly fed up with my bank and want to quit but one prob... Ran up a credit card that will through me into a bit of an unauthorised overdraft...
What can they do apart from blocking my account nears, etc?
Charge me heavy fees? Arrange a pay back agreement?

No Bank in any country would allow to just 'quit' while you have an unauthorised overdraft!

Depends on what you do.
If you agree to pay back the debt, there is a good chance that it stays within your own bank.
However, if try to play difficult the consequences could result in your bank reporting you to the National Bank of Belgium who would put a block on you getting any account in any country. The also have the right to call in bailiffs to recover any outstanding debts!!
Best to pay your debts as soon as you can before considering changing banks.
