Some years ago we did the type of course that you are looking for at the British School. I've no idea whether they still run them but at least I've given you a place to start looking.

BSB doesn't allow any outside to rent premises now, all to the benefit of their own students.

There's something called meetup.com or something like that, where you can search for a certain word like art, music, yoga etc doesn't give you them all but will tell some of who are doing what. You can then ask for stuff to spam you with details all the best
