Brico - Vacation Checks

I got a Brico card because I had a high bill and deduction was worth it. They also gave me many stickers and these boards to put them on and redeem i believe for vacation Checks. I was in a Flemish store so its all in Flemish, but I only speak french and English. Can anyone who has this tell me what they are for? I will go into a french speaking brico soon, but hopefully someone here knows :)
