Non-EU......

Hi, Just wanted to see if anyone could offer me any suggestions/advice on this situation. I am British and have come to Brussels for my work, my boyfriend wants to join me here but he is from the Ukraine a non-EU country. He can get a tourist visa to come but needs to get a work visa here in Brussels. Does anyone know of any work agency/company I could contact here in Brussels who could assist me in helping him get the right papers? Thank you for any help you can provide
