Question

Looking for feedback from foodies, especially Italian ones if any are around, but every response welcome! Which alcohol do you use for Tiramisu? I've seen so many different variants and everyone swears by their choice..

Another Tiramisu-related question. I'd really like to use raw eggs, but is this generally safe in Belgium? Don't want to give my guests salmonella..

I use Tia Maria--just a little bit and I use raw eggs, no problem. What else would you use? Never had a problem.
