Need fiscal advice. €66500/year gross in Belgium or €52000/year gross in The Netherlands with 30% ruling?
I have two job offers with similar profiles I have to make a decision about.
Consulting online calculators,
The net salary in Belgium with €66500 gross would be €2749.63 per month.
The net salary in The Netherlands with €52000 gross would be €3327 per month.
Could someone here advice on additional factors to be taken into consideration and if the calculator values look right?
Belgium is tax hell and poor value tax at that. You would be doing well to find a place where it would be less worth getting out of bed in the morning. I can't think of any reason that you would take the Belgian salary.
Have you looked at the housing costs? Transport costs? Grocery costs?
I know a colleague of mine was offered a similar salary in the NL as he had in Belgium, and after he plugged in values...exact rent amount monthly, transportation costs, in the end, he would have more money to save in the NL, so he took that job and left Belgium.

Where are these jobs based?
For example, according to this site, rental prices in Amsterdam are significantly higher than Brussels, which would wipe out any gain you made in your net salary.

Just be aware that the NL 30% system is done on a end of year tax rebate and not on a instant 30% or at least it always was done that way from what I remember so you will pay the normal Dutch taxes and then at the end of the year (or at least a bit after that) you will get the difference between the normal tax and the 30% rate returned to you.

First question shoud be: where would I be happy? What country/city would you prefer to live in? Both salaries are enough for a decent living in both countries...
One of the things to consider: Belgian food is great, Dutch food is terrible.
