If you will have access to a car search for your local Troc it's online and one can see what they have in. Sometimes the stuff is old fashioned but it is cheap if your budget is limited. Supermarkets do have bulletin boards also and their are several brocante style markets about of course ikea also aren't far out of town

There are several groups on Facebook like "Brussels Sell, swap and buy"; "Stuff for sale" etc. Where ppl are usually selling their stuff. Very good resource for pretty much everything

A lot will depend on where in Belgium you are going to live and, to a lesser extent, what languages you speak.
The first 2 responders seem to assume that it will be Brussels but that may not be the case.
The Kapaza site announces that it will cease operating from 13 May and recommends https://www.2dehands.be as an alternative. This is available only in Dutch or French.
You can also check out www.goldenpages.be which is Yellow Pages and is in English and covers the whole country.
