Your question is far from clear, however, assuming that you continue to be registered here in Belgium as being resident, you need to declare your worldwide income. The taxes that have been deducted at source in another EU country will be taken into account, and in all probability, you will have no further taxes to pay in Belgium. However, it will depend on how much you are being paid and what is being deducted.

Also - remember that taxes are not the only deduction from salary. You will still need to pay social security charges on your income, and (assuming you're living here) these should be made here as opposed to being deducted in the other country.

It depends entirely on what double-taxation treaty exists between the country you live in and the country you work in.

If you work in UK and live in Belgium for instance, your UK income is declared in the UK and you pay PAYE on it, and you also declare that income in Belgium, but the Belgians don't tax it again.

Double-taxation treaties are country specific and not goverened by the EU.

It is likely that you will have to pay the so-called "additional centimes" tax on your income as they fund various local authorities which are funded in a different way in other countries. It all depends what the double-taxation treaty says, but even if you don't have to pay them this year, you might next, as the treaties are gradually being updated in this respect.

I have UK income taxed with UK income tax. I then pay regional and communal taxes on thar income to Belgium. Double taxation does not extend to regional and communal taxes only national

it depends on which EU country you are talking about and which kind of income? e.g. income from rent in Germany is taxed there with 25%, has to be declared in BE and is heightening the BE federal tax % as well.
