Voice mail fixed line Proximus
Hi whilst I was away someone rang and left voicemail on my fixed Proximus line. This meant the phone then rang and one of my kids listened to the message but said it was garbled and they didn't understand it. I would like to try and hear this message I have been all over the Proximus website and tried the number that they claim will let me hear voice mail but when I put in landline number it says this isn't a correct number. I suspect because it's expecting a gsm number.
Does anyone know if there is a number I can ring to access a fixed line basic mail box on Proximus as help desk aren't about today
When I have a voicemail on my fixed Proximus line I use the fixed phone and call 1969 and it automatically gives me the message followed by a load of options including one to delete it. If your kid hit the wrong button the message will have been deleted.
I do not have to input any numbers to hear the message and I've just tried it to confirm that it works.
