Dietitian wanted

Question

I'm looking to loose 20 pounds before Christmas. Can anyone recommend a dietitian who speaks English and is in Rhode St. Genese, Uccle, Overijse or Waterloo area?

Don't know a dietitian but basically you need to limit your calorie intake to about 1000 calories a day (for women). You will also need to exercise vigorously--probably daily for 30 minutes at least on a treadmill or some other cardio activity. Don't forget to lift weights--muscle burns more calories than fat! Drink at least 1liter of water a day. No booze, rice, potatoes, pasta or bread. Lean protein and fish. Lots of greens. Realistically, you should aim for 1-2 pounds a week--depending on age, gender, level of activity, dedication.
