Learning to cook French sauces

Does anyone know of a good French cooking school or courses - either in Brussels or I would consider travelling to France. I'm really keen to learn how to correctly make all the wonderful French sauces I've been trying. I'm not after a professional course, just a part time amateur class. Maybe a weekend class at a beautiful location in the French country?
