ING Bank statements
Question
Every 3 months ING sends me thick envelopes stuffed with bankstatements that I do not want - I can always check it in my homebank right. I have tried numerous times to have ING stop this practice as it is a waste of paper and the statements go directly in the Bin
I hear other banks, such as KBC don't do this. Is there anyway I can get ING to stop sending me these statements?
What they told me at ING is that the only way to avoid this is going yourself to a cash machine and print statements yourself. They also said that, accoridng to Belgian regulation, it is an obligation to have all your own bank statements available.
Having said that, I never print from ATMs and don't get anymore printed statements from the bank. ;-)
