real estate agency
Dear expats and Belgian friends,
I would like to ask for an advice about renting a property with the real estate agency Globalis, located at Boulevard d'Ypres, 92 (http://www.brussels-rentals.com or http://www.brusselsrent.be). Has anyone of you dealt with this agency and what was your experience? I am trying to get a draft rental contract before signing it and the agency has difficulties in providing me with it. I have already paid a reservation fee. Thanks for any idea how to deal with the situation.
oh dear why did you pay a reservation fee, I think you've just signed a legal document saying you cannot get out of signing a contract you haven't even seen! Get hold of the standard Brussels contract on PIM website and propose that as your contract.
Hello I know it's been 4 years ago but I am also dealing with this company. In fact I was dealing with another agency and then I received the paiment details by this agency. They told me that they work together
