Au Coin Vert on rue Blaes is the place to go. Excellent service, wide selection, in-home service (measuring etc). I have been extremely pleased with them. On one project there was a problem with the shade, they replaced it free of charge and with a smile.
I and some friends have bought a number of blinds from stores direct. You have to take measurements yourself, however they do provide details on how to do this.
Prices are MUCH cheaper than local suppliers, vast range in different materials, service and quality is good. No extra charges for delivery to Belgium.

For curtains we've used Miniox who have shops around Brussels. They have independent interior designers who will come to your home and advise on colours as well as take measurements. They also sell blinds.
