Do you have to pay any taxes if you rent out your accommodation on Airbnb in Brussels for a few weeks during the year?

I understand long-terms renting out without furniture is not taxable, but how is it with Airbnb furnished rentals?

The telephone number and email of your local SPF Finances office can be found on the back of your last tax declaration.

I was told one can earn a small amount on a hobby so I think it depends on your situation as often I believe the fine for declaring wrongly is larger than getting caught not declaring but could be wrong on that.

since 2014 you have to fulfill a couple of requirements (insurances, correct tech installations / furniture) - so the tax question is a the very end of your registration of your AirBnB.

BTW: it took me only some seconds to find this website by entering the key words bruxelles+airbnb+legal* into my search machine.

How can I have a good view of space to rent very close to a specific location (Where I am living). Really close - postcode or street name is not precise enough. Perhaps specific addresses.

This can be apartments, studios, airbnb and similar, perhaps office space.
(Also business apartments, but I do know the relevant ones)
