Moving out - professional cleaning help??

Hi,

Sadly it is time for me to pack and leave. I heard many bad rumors about exit inspection and decided to ask advice here on hiring help. I am wondering if it would be better to contact an exit-cleaning specialized company (is there such?) or to simply hire a cleaning lady to help me prepare for the anticipated to be very horrid exit-inspection. Assuming there exists a specialized company, in terms of expertise, will there be a significant difference? For example, will they have specialized chemicals or know-hows to remove any stains in kitchen, etc.? In other words, will it worth its cost? Ifso, can anyone recommend one for me?
