As an exceedingly nervous and anxious patient, I have just got through a procedure with a caring anaesthetist and surgeon. I would like send each, both men, a token of gratitude. Any suggestions? Budget E50 each I suppose.

I think a personal letter of thanks might be more appreciated than a present of monetary value.
