belgacomunwanted connection
I've just receved a letter from belgacom confirming my demand for new internet + tv + phone contract.
I didn't ask or sign anything with Belgacom.
Just went last week to belgacom boutic to by a proximus card and ask question why can't I call southern Ireland with my england Happy time international contract.
They told me for the explanation to call belgacom 080033800 wich I did I never got any answer has the guy didn't know why so that'all
How can someone write a contract without my signature or concentement
My internet connection is fine
I have sky television
and My phone contract is realy fine too
I have no reason at all to ask anything else

Solasi, I think you have a period in which to change your mind - even if you never asked for this in the first place - usually 7 days but you should check the letter you received. A couple of years ago I enquired about Belgacom internet, and subsequently received a letter of "confirmation". I rang Belgacom and was told it only referred to the offer of services, it was not in actual fact an agreement to purchase anything. So re-read your letter and/or phone them tomorrow to clarify.
