Contract bidding

Hello Question for self-employed people. I am in transition to self-employment and setting up my own company to do so. I am responding to an 'expression of interest' and they are asking for proof of insurance, namely Product, Professional, Public and Employers Liability. I don't yet have an insurance certificate. How do I go about getting this? Many thanks for advice.
