Fyra to Schiphol airport
Next week I fly from Schiphol airport and have booked a Fyra ticket from Antwerp. I have scheduled to be at the airport about 3 hours before the flight but I am getting worried by what I read about all the problems of Fyra – and even more worried about the extra chaos that snow usually brings.
Does anyone here have first-hand experience of Fyra cancellations or delays? Did SNCB provide replacement services and how quick were they to respond? Did you make it to your destination and how late?
I am considering taking the slow train to Roosendaal and changing there to one of the local services, any opinions on that? I don’t mind leaving earlier or using slow trains, as long as I don’t miss my flight.
