I would like to follow SAP course in Brussels (for increasing my chances to find a better job). Do you know any that might be not very expensive and taught in English?

SAP + not expensive = about €300/day + VAT
And it's the sort of thing you get on-the-job training for, as it tends to be very company specific.
So no, it is unlikely to help you find a job.
