Driving Zaventem to Braine-l'Alleud

Good morning,
does anyone have any experience with driving from Zaventem (or that area) towards Braine-l'Alleud (or that area) in the morning and coming back in the evening? I mean during rush hour, when going to office and returning. (I would have to take the E40)
I'm contemplating whether I should take the train or drive.
Really appreciate your advice.

There is traffic both ways on the ring during rush hours. For your journey, it will be the E40 / Ring junction and then on the ring to the junction with the 411 motorway, and sometimes all the way down to Groenendaal that will be particularly heavy. South of Groenendaal to Braine you'll be fine.
