ING credit card statement problem

Hi, Has anyone had problems understanding their December ING credit card statement ?

I have two figures I cannot understand at the bottom of the statement,outside of my transactions. One for 1699 euros taken out, but not my monthly payment, and secondly a payment in for 1900 marked "divers" It was not me that paid in.
