Does anyone have a link or document with a practical explanation of what the responsibilities of a Syndic de copropriété are? I'm 1 of 8 owners and we'll take it in turns to assume the responsibility so I just need a check-list.

As co-owner, you are required to have a copy of the contract your Syndic has signed.
He reports to the co-owner and his main duty is to execute the decisions taken by the annual general assembly.
In fact, he is your employee, and the "Conseil de copropriété" will control him.
