Depends on what you want, just Internet (ADSL) or with telephone, etc. According to testachats for just internet, the last time I looked, it was EDPnet. With telephone, it was Dommel or Belgian Telecom.

But you should check with them to see what something changed. One thing is clear, Don't do Belgicom. Never go Belgicom or Telenet!
