ID

Hello!

I applied to Kraainem communal residential ID after using my husband's special ID given by his work. They gave me 6 months to get the ID. At that date I have to go and give a picture and then they will prepare the ID two weeks later. Why do I not give the picture now, is it to show that I am actually there at that day? What if I am on holiday that day? Can my husband do it for me? Or 14 weeks later can my husband pick it for me? I forgot to ask these questions.
