Puppy from Germany
Hi - a friend of mine in Germany has found out that her dog is pregnant (surprise!). Since we have been looking for a dog, we are now planning on bringing one of those puppies to Belgium once it is old enough. Any idea what the rules and regulations are? Does it need any vaccinations or paperwork for Belgium that is not standard in Germany? Thanks for any advise.
Ask a potential vet.

As per first reply, look up a local vet and call them. Because of the nature of their training, they all seem to speak perfect English and will know the answer. It should be very easy.
