Tax Consultant
You need to give a bit more info. Are you an employee or independent? Are you an expat? Are you living and working only in Belgium? Are you fully in the Belgian tax regime? If you are talking large amounts of money and/or you have complex tax status contact one of the bigger companies like KPMG or BDO etc. If it’s straightforward Belgian tax, most local accountants should be able to help.
Try Brussels accountants
My accountant's brother is a tax consultant, and my accountant has been really good and honest over the years. So I called and asked about his brother. But I got stomped when he asked, if there is no income what does the person need a tax consultant for?
I think that Socrate is right, you don't have any need for a tax consultant. However, you obviously need some advice regarding tax and the obvious people to ask are your local fisc. They are helpful and they are free - if you don't have contact details ask your commune, but do it quickly, tax returns are due in at the end of next month and the fisc will be having a busy time in the run up to the deadline.
I somehow doubt that financial & tax advice is what you need right now.
I'm not sure how to suggest this without sounding patronizing, or critical of your situation, but from what you've written I think you should perhaps consider going to see a life coach or therapist rather than an accountant.
