High school

I have just moved here from Canada, I am a single mom and have a 12 and 17 yr old. They both need to go to school, I am going crazy trying to find a normal high school for the both of them. I am aware that I cannot send them to English unless I send private which I cannot afford. Hopefully at their age they will adapt to the french community,they both speak basic Canadian french therefore should be doable for them. I have done some research and cannot seem to find a high school they all seem to include professional courses. I don't know what to do or where to go anymore. Can someone please help me...
