GP / Doctor in Ixelles Area - English Speaking

Good Morning Xpat community!

I am looking for an English speaking GP in Ixelles or surrounding area, can any one recommend a good one please? :-)

Also I have signed up to a Mutualité etc. and pay my monthly insurance fee and have a Card etc. but not too sure what the process is when you go to a Doctor....do you pay at the doctor then claim it back from your Mutualité?? How does it work?
