Pick your own notaire. Do NOT use the same notaire as the buyer.

The buyer pays all the fees (of your and their notaire) related to the purchase, transfer and registration of the property.

However, you MAY have fees to pay your notaire typically relating to do with your mortgage.

But without knowing your circumstances who can say.
