Email Xavier at xavier@tebiki.be, he can speak fluent English. You could also contact SUNBEAMS an association offering a wealth of information about green living in Belgium: http://www.sunbeams.eu/. Either of these should be able to offer advice, or at least point you in the right direction! :)
