Rewire old lamp

I have a beautiful art nouveau ceiling lamp that I need to have rewired and refitted with Belgian rather than old-style French bulb fittings. Could anyone recommend a place in Ixelles where this could be done? I was thinking maybe a lamp shop, but am not sure if they would offer this service. Does anyone have any experience to share?
