Just wondering about noise regulations here in Brussels - for the last few nights there has been what sounds like a loud music concert continuing until 130am or 200am. Is this standard?

The concert was the Couleur Café...yesterday was the last day.
Have no idea about the regulations but the authorities knew about this event.It was advertised in TV.
