Non-EU spouse of Belgian travel together to UK
Your spouse will need to apply for a family permit to travel along with you to the UK.

Although you may read on various fora that your spouse may not need a visa whilst travelling with you, sometimes border officials can get cranky and will give you a hard time. Better to apply for this permit and enjoy your holiday there. Its free and should be fast to obtain anyway.

EU Directive means if you have all that stuff, you cannot be refused admission and must be treated under freedom of movement rights.
EEU family permit is NOT a visa.
Use information SHORTOF.
