Non-immigrant visa processing time
I just found out that the processing time for a non-immigrant visa at the US consulate in Brussels is 4 days. In the past, I was able to pick up my visa the next day after the interview. Has anybody applied for a non-immigrant visa there and can tell me how many days exactly they had to wait until they could pick up the visa?
In my personal and humble opinion, I think 4 days as compared to 1 day isn't a big difference. Yes, I agree compared to a few years ago its marginally longer but I feel that shouldn't be a cause for concern.
For all one knows, it could still be the same (1 day) but probably a background check for some people may cause it to take longer and you may be getting feedback from them. For all you know, it may come in a day for you even today.
